Honda to launch CR-V in Indian market at 2012 Auto Expo
2012 CR-V was launched in US market in the year 2011 and now its time for its launch in Indian market.
The company’s best-selling CR-V crossover will be sportier with a sharper look than the existing model and will also be incorporated with a wide range of safety equipments like 4-channel ABS, Hill-Start Assist, Motion Adaptive Electronic Power Steering, and many more.
It will be powered by a 2.4-L, four-cylinder petrol engine. It is expected to compete with the latest Toyota Fortuner. You can also expect a diesel engine later.

At Tokyo Motor Show 2011, Honda had premiered its new diesel engines, out of which the 1.6-L i-DTEC will be inserted in models that will be launched in Indian market; the revised version of this engine will be equipped in Brio and Jazz.
